What is rsIpRipFilterLclNumber?
This read-only value reports the number assigned to a RIP filter rule for a specific interface, used to identify it among possibly several local filter rules on that interface. An admin uses this to reference a particular filter rule when there are multiple local filters configured on the same interface. For example, seeing filter number 2 on an interface with three local filters helps the admin locate the exact rule they intend to modify.
