What is rlOspfNetLnkRouterId?
This read-only value reports the 32-bit number that uniquely identifies the router that originated a given network-LSA within the Autonomous System, normally the designated router for that transit network. An admin uses this to know which router, typically the segment's DR, generated the network-LSA described by this row. For example, matching this router ID against the known designated router for a LAN segment confirms that DR is the source of the network-LSA describing that segment's attached routers.
