ipLeakStaticToOspf

Module: CISCOSB-IpRouter

OID (symbolic): CISCOSB-IpRouter::ipLeakStaticToOspf

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.6.1.101.26.7.2

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: INTEGER

Access: read-write

Description: This parameter controls leaking (redistribution) of static routes into OSPF. When enabled, all routes inserted to the IP routing table via SNMP are advertised into OSPF as external routes.

What is ipLeakStaticToOspf?

This read-write value controls whether static routes inserted into the IP routing table via SNMP are redistributed into OSPF as external routes. An admin enables this to have SNMP-configured static routes automatically propagate into the OSPF domain. For example, enabling this makes a static route added via SNMP appear as an OSPF external route to other routers in that OSPF area.

Examples

snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> CISCOSB-IpRouter::ipLeakStaticToOspf

Get a specific instance (index 1):

snmpget -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.6.1.101.26.7.2.1
snmpget -v2c -c public <target> CISCOSB-IpRouter::ipLeakStaticToOspf.1

Set instance 1 (SNMPv2c):

snmpset -v2c -c private <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.6.1.101.26.7.2.1 i <value>
