What is rsArpStaticRowStatus?
This read-write RowStatus object manages the creation and deletion of a static ARP table entry. Admins use this to add or remove specific static IP-to-MAC mappings from the ARP table. For example, setting this to createAndGo after specifying an IP address and physical address would add that permanent static ARP entry to the table.
