This variable defines the maximum time period (in second) that can pass between ARP requests concerning an entry in the ARP table. After this time period, the entry is deleted from the table.
What is rsArpInactiveTimeOut?
This object controls the maximum idle time (in seconds) that an entry can exist in the ARP table before being automatically removed. It defines how long the system will maintain learned IP-to-MAC address mappings when no ARP activity is detected on that entry. When a device stops responding to ARP requests within this timeout window, the corresponding ARP entry is purged from memory to free up table space.
