This read-only field gives the MAC address of a client that has been placed into a locked-out, quiet-period, state after exceeding its maximum failed login attempts. An administrator uses it to identify exactly which device triggered the lockout, for follow-up investigation or manual override. For example, an admin can cross-reference this OID's MAC address against their device inventory to identify whose laptop is currently locked out from web authentication.
