An administrator watches for unusually frequent counts here, which could indicate a client repeatedly reconnecting or a supplicant misbehaving by restarting 802.1X unnecessarily while already authenticated. For example, a laptop whose NIC driver resets frequently might generate a high count here even though the user experiences no visible network interruption.
