What is rlDhcpv6ClientStatus?
This read-create RowStatus governs the DHCPv6 client entry, where the entry is created when IPv6 DHCP is enabled, or IPv6 DHCP stateless is enabled, or IPv6 DHCP prefix delegation is enabled. An admin uses this to add or remove a DHCPv6 client configuration entry for an interface, which happens automatically as a side effect of enabling any of those three related IPv6 DHCP features.
