What is rlIpSourceGuardEnable?
This read-write INTEGER (enable(1)/disable(2)) turns IP Source Guard on or off system-wide, despite the source description phrasing it in terms of TRUE/FALSE. An admin cares because IP Source Guard is what actually enforces, port by port, that traffic's source IP and MAC match a known DHCP-snooped or static binding, blocking IP spoofing. For example, an admin hardening access ports against IP spoofing attacks would enable this feature so unauthorized source addresses are dropped rather than forwarded.
