What is rlIpDhcpSnoopStaticRowStatus?
This read-write RowStatus (able to be set to destroy, active, or createAndGo) controls creation, activation, and deletion of a static DHCP snooping binding table entry. An admin cares because this is the actual mechanism for adding or removing a manually configured static binding via SNMP. For example, an admin decommissioning a statically bound device would set this object to destroy to remove its binding entry cleanly.
