This read-write RowStatus (valid values CreateAndGo or Delete) controls marking a port as trusted for ARP inspection purposes by creating or deleting that port's entry in the trusted-port table. An admin cares because ARP packets arriving on trusted ports skip inspection checks, so misconfiguring this can either needlessly block legitimate uplink ARP traffic or open a gap for spoofing. For example, an admin connecting an uplink to a router that legitimately handles ARP for many downstream hosts would mark that port trusted using this object so its ARP traffic isn't inspected and dropped.
