What is rlIpArpInspectListRowStatus?
This read-write RowStatus (able to be set to destroy, active, or createAndGo) controls creation, activation, and deletion of an entry in the ARP Inspection list table. An admin cares because this is the actual mechanism for adding or removing an ARP inspection allow-list entry via SNMP. For example, an admin removing a decommissioned statically addressed device from the ARP inspection allow list would set this object to destroy for that entry.
