Description: Specifies a system ARP Inspection enable state.
What is rlIpArpInspectEnable?
This read-write INTEGER (enable(1)/disable(2)) turns Dynamic ARP Inspection on or off system-wide on the device. An admin cares because ARP inspection is what actually blocks ARP spoofing/poisoning attacks by validating ARP packets against trusted bindings. For example, an admin securing an access-layer switch against man-in-the-middle ARP spoofing on user ports would enable this feature.
