What is rlIpArpInspectClearCountersAction?
This read-write TruthValue, when set to true, clears (zeroes) the forwarded, dropped, and mismatched ARP inspection counters across all VLANs on the device at once. An admin cares because it gives a device-wide reset in one action rather than clearing each VLAN's counters individually. For example, an admin who just completed a broad network change affecting ARP behavior on many VLANs would set this true to reset all ARP inspection counters simultaneously before monitoring for new issues.
