What is cXdslLineConfPayloadScrambled?

This read-create TruthValue in a DSL line-configuration profile tells the modem whether ATM payload scrambling is turned on for lines using that profile. Payload scrambling randomizes the bit pattern of ATM cells so long runs of identical bits do not cause clock-recovery or line-sync problems, so an admin checks this to confirm the profile matches what the far-end DSLAM expects. For example, if subscriber lines using a given profile keep losing sync, an admin might read this object and find scrambling is set to false when the DSLAM requires it enabled, then set it to true.
