What is cwrBpiRsReauthWaitTimeout?

This read-write object, in seconds within a 2-to-30 range, sets how long the Radio Slave's authorization FSM waits in the reauthWait state for a reply before timing out, and it likewise cannot be changed while the FSM is running. It's the reauthorization counterpart to cwrBpiRsAuthWaitTimeout, governing retry timing specifically during periodic reauthorization rather than initial authorization. For example, if a slave radio repeatedly cycles through reauthWait without completing, an admin might adjust cwrBpiRsReauthWaitTimeout as part of diagnosing a slow or unreliable master response.
