It lets an admin or management system inspect the cryptographic identity the slave radio presents during the BPI authorization exchange. For example, a security audit tool could read cwrBpiRsPublicKey across all subscriber radios to verify each one is presenting a properly formed, expected public key rather than a corrupted or default one.
