An admin uses this to manually force a slave radio to renegotiate its authorization, for example after suspecting a compromised key. For example, if an admin suspects a radio slave's authorization key may have been exposed, setting cwrBpiRsAuthReset to true immediately forces that slave to reauthorize with a fresh key.
