Description: This identifies whether this TEK service is using encryption or not. Encryption may not be in use even though cwrBpiRmAuthPrivacyEnable is provisioned. This is possible if the master is not configured for privacy or it's not running an encryption capable image.

What is cwrBpiRmTEKEncryptionNegotiated?

This read-only object reports whether this TEK service is actually using encryption in practice from the master's side, which per the desc can be false even when cwrBpiRmAuthPrivacyEnable is provisioned, for instance if the master itself isn't configured for privacy or lacks encryption-capable firmware. It gives the admin the actual negotiated encryption state rather than just the configured intent on the master. For example, if privacy is enabled but cwrBpiRmTEKEncryptionNegotiated still reports false, the admin would suspect the master's own firmware lacks encryption support rather than a remote-slave issue.
