The value for this object is 100 times bigger than the real percentage value. For example, 32.15% will be value 3215.
The SU is considered as 'online' when the value for cwdxHeSuStatusValue is any of the values: online(5), onlineNetAccessDisabled(6), onlineKekAssigned(7), and onlineTekAssigned(8), and the SU is considered as 'offline' for other values for cwdxHeSuStatusValue.
What is cwdxIfHeSuStatusPercentOnline?
This read-only value reports the percentage of time a subscriber unit has stayed online since its first ranging message, scaled by 100 so that, as the description notes, 32.15 percent is represented as 3215. Admins use this to quickly quantify an SU's overall connection reliability without doing separate uptime math. For example, an SU showing cwdxIfHeSuStatusPercentOnline of only 6000, or 60 percent, would stand out as unreliable compared to peers reporting values near 9900.
