Description: The number of times that the SU changes the connectivity state from 'offline' to 'online' over the time period from the SU's first ranging message received by HE until now.
The SU is considered as 'online' when the value for cwdxHeSuStatusValue is any of the values: online(5), onlineNetAccessDisabled(6), onlineKekAssigned(7), and onlineTekAssigned(8), and the SU is considered as 'offline' for other values for cwdxHeSuStatusValue.
What is cwdxIfHeSuStatusOnlineTimes?
This counter tracks how many times a subscriber unit has transitioned from offline to online since its first ranging message was received by the headend. Admins use this to spot flapping SUs that repeatedly drop and reconnect rather than staying stably online. For example, an SU with an unusually high cwdxIfHeSuStatusOnlineTimes relative to its peers likely has an RF or hardware problem causing frequent disconnects.
