Description: The minimum period of time SU stayed 'offline' over the time period from the SU's first ranging message received by HE until now.
The SU is considered as 'online' when the value for cwdxHeSuStatusValue is any of the values: online(5), onlineNetAccessDisabled(6), onlineKekAssigned(7), and onlineTekAssigned(8), and the SU is considered as 'offline' for other values for cwdxHeSuStatusValue.
What is cwdxIfHeSuStatusMinOfflineTime?
This read-only value reports the shortest period this subscriber unit has stayed offline since its first ranging message. Admins use it to see how briefly the SU can drop out, which is useful for distinguishing quick, transient blips from longer outages. For example, a very small cwdxIfHeSuStatusMinOfflineTime paired with a high cwdxIfHeSuStatusOnlineTimes count would suggest the SU is experiencing frequent, very brief disconnects rather than occasional long outages.
