cwmStatCollectionInterval
Module: CISCO-WAN-MODULE-MIB
OID (symbolic): CISCO-WAN-MODULE-MIB::cwmStatCollectionInterval
OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.145.1.2.1.1.2
Node type: OBJECT-TYPE
Type: INTEGER
Access: read-write
Description: The collection interval of statistics. Within a sampling interval, as defined by cwmStatBucketInterval, statistics counters are updated every collection interval.
Default value of collection interval is same as bucket interval.
In case of bucket interval being 5 minutes, default(0) and five(5) values for this object has the same effect.
What is cwmStatCollectionInterval?
This read-write INTEGER, in minutes with values default(0), one(1), or five(5), sets how often statistics counters are actually updated within each sampling interval defined by cwmStatBucketInterval, defaulting to the same value as the bucket interval, and per the description default(0) and five(5) behave identically when the bucket interval is five minutes. An admin would shorten this to one(1) minute if they need finer-resolution counter updates within an existing bucket for more granular trend analysis. Setting this shorter than the bucket interval increases the number of samples collected per bucket without changing how often complete statistics files roll over.
