What is cvVrfRowStatus?

This read-create RowStatus object is the standard SNMP control point used to create, modify, or delete a VRF entry in the VRF table. An administrator or management application sets this value to add a brand-new VRF instance to the router or to remove one that is no longer needed, rather than editing VRF existence through the CLI. For example, setting cvVrfRowStatus to createAndGo provisions a new VRF row for a customer being onboarded, while setting it to destroy tears that VRF's row down.
