What is cvoiptapStreamCapabilities?

This read-only BITS object identifies which types of intercept streams (tapEnable, usernameOrNumber, uri) can be configured on this device, reflecting underlying hardware and software capabilities. Administrators, particularly those responsible for lawful intercept compliance, check this to confirm which intercept matching methods a given device actually supports before attempting to provision a tap. For example, before configuring a lawful intercept warrant that matches by SIP URI, an admin would verify this object includes the uri bit to confirm the device supports that matching method.
