What is cvCommonDcCallActiveVADEnable?
This is a read-only true/false flag reporting whether Voice Activity Detection is currently enabled for this active voice call. An admin checks this to understand why a call's bandwidth usage pattern looks the way it does, since VAD-enabled calls suppress transmission during silence while VAD-disabled calls send continuously. For example, if unexpectedly high bandwidth usage is observed on a call, checking this flag would show whether VAD was actually active for that particular call.
