What is cvaIfFXORingGround?
This read-only TruthValue, valid only when cvaIfFXOCfgSignalType is set to fxoGroundStart, indicates whether the interface is currently presenting a ring ground signal to the connected equipment. An administrator checks this when troubleshooting ground-start signaling behavior on an FXO port. For example, this remaining false during an incoming call on a ground-start line would point to a signaling problem preventing proper call setup.
