This read-write Integer32 (0 to 10000 milliseconds) sets the hangover time used to determine when no more voice packets are arriving on the interface. An administrator tunes this to control how quickly the system decides a voice stream has stopped, affecting responsiveness of related call-state logic. For example, a shorter hangover time makes the system quicker to conclude that active speech has ended.
