What is cvaIfEMCfgAutoGainControl?
This read-write TruthValue enables or disables automatic gain control (AGC) on the interface, which lets the DSP adjust input voice volume to prevent rapid volume swings. An administrator enables AGC to smooth out inconsistent audio levels coming from analog equipment connected to this voice interface. For example, turning this on would help even out volume between calls from handsets with differing microphone sensitivity.
