The total number of out-of-order video data packets for the video call session.

What is cVideoConfereeHistoryTotalOutOfOrderPackets?

This read-only AbsoluteCounter32, measured in packets and noted as superseded by cVideoCommonStatsHistoryTxTotalOutOfOrderPackets, records the total number of out-of-order video packets for a completed call session. An admin checks this to identify calls where packets arrived scrambled, often a sign of multi-path routing or reordering somewhere in the network. A call history entry with many out-of-order packets but low actual loss would point to a network path issue rather than a capacity issue.
