This read-only Gauge32, measured in milliseconds and noted as superseded by cVideoCommonStatsHistoryTxMaxJitter, records the peak jitter measured during the entire completed call session. An admin checks this to see the worst-case timing variation the call experienced, which correlates with visible stutter or lip-sync problems. A completed call showing a jitter spike far above the endpoint's normal baseline would point an admin toward a transient network congestion event during that call.
