This read-only Gauge32, measured in milliseconds and noted as superseded by cVideoCommonStatsActiveTxMaxDelay, reports the maximum delay measured since the beginning of a currently active call session. An admin checks this to see the worst one-way latency spike a live call has hit so far. A max delay reading climbing during a still-active call would signal to the admin that network latency conditions are actively worsening for that session.
