This read-only Gauge32, measured in milliseconds, records the maximum jitter measured since the beginning of a completed call session in the transmit direction. An admin uses this peak value to identify the worst timing variation the transmit stream experienced, a common cause of momentary video stutter. A call whose max transmit jitter spikes into the hundreds of milliseconds would be a strong candidate for correlating against a known network congestion event.
