This read-only Gauge32, measured in milliseconds, reports the maximum jitter measured since the beginning of a currently active call session in the transmit direction. An admin checks this peak value to see the worst transmit-side timing variation a live call has hit so far. A high max jitter value on a call still connected lets the admin correlate it with a specific network event that is happening or recently happened.
