What is cVideoCommonStatsActiveTxCurrentJitter?
This read-only Gauge32, measured in milliseconds, reports the average jitter measured within the last 5 seconds of a currently active call session in the transmit direction. An admin uses this near-real-time figure to see whether transmit-side jitter is an issue happening right now in a live call. This value staying elevated across several consecutive 5-second polls during a live call tells the admin the jitter problem is ongoing, not transient.
