What is cVideoCommonStatsActiveTxCurrentDelay?
This read-only Gauge32, measured in milliseconds, reports the average delay measured within the last 5 seconds of a currently active call session in the transmit direction. An admin uses this recent-window average to confirm whether elevated latency on a live call's transmit side is happening right now. A live call where this 5-second delay average has just spiked would tell the admin the latency problem is developing at this moment, warranting immediate attention.
