What is cVideoCommonStatsActiveTxAvgDelay?
This read-only Gauge32, measured in milliseconds, reports the average delay calculated over the entire duration so far of a currently active call session in the transmit direction. An admin uses this running average to judge the typical latency the transmitted stream of a live call has experienced overall. A live call whose average transmit delay stays consistently high throughout monitoring points to a structurally congested path rather than an isolated spike.
