Description: The picture width in transmit direction for a video call session.
What is cVideoCommonActiveTxPictureWidth?
This read-only Unsigned32, measured in pixels, reports the current width of the video picture being transmitted in an active call. An admin monitors this live value to see the resolution a currently ongoing call is actually sending at, which can change mid-call under adaptive bitrate control. Watching this value drop during a call in progress would show the admin the endpoint is actively reducing transmit resolution in response to network conditions.
