What is cVideoCommonActiveTxCodec?
This read-only CvcVideoCoderRate object reports the encoding type currently compressing outgoing video data for an active call session. An admin checks this in real time to confirm which codec a live call is actually using for its transmit stream while diagnosing an ongoing quality issue. Seeing a lower-efficiency codec on this field for a call reporting current pixelation would tell the admin the codec choice, not the network, may be the cause.
