What is cVideoCommonActiveRxPictureHeight?
This read-only Unsigned32, measured in pixels, reports the negotiated height of the video picture currently being received in an active call. Combined with the live receive width, this tells an admin the exact resolution currently arriving at the receiving endpoint of an ongoing call. Watching this height value in a live call confirms in real time whether the receiving endpoint's picture size matches what was negotiated at call setup.
