What is cVideoCommonActiveRxPayloadFormat?
This read-only CvcVideoRtpPayloadFormat object reports the RTP payload format currently used for the received video stream of an active call. An admin checks this live value against the sender's transmit payload format to confirm both sides of an ongoing call agree on format in real time. A mismatch found here during a live call would let the admin catch an RTP negotiation problem before the call even disconnects.
