Description: The negotiated video stream frame rate in receive direction for a video call session.
What is cVideoCommonActiveRxConfigFrameRate?
This read-only Unsigned32, measured in frames per second, reports the negotiated frame rate currently configured for the received video stream of an active call. An admin monitors this to see the frame rate a live call's receive side is currently configured for, useful when a participant reports choppy video in real time. A currently active call configured for only 10 fps on the receive side would explain a live report of jerky-looking incoming video before the call even ends.
