What is cVideoCallHistoryTxOverflowPackets?
This read-only AbsoluteCounter32, measured in packets, counts the number of overflow packets in the transmit direction of a completed video call. An admin interprets a nonzero count here as a sign the transmit buffer for that call couldn't keep up, an early indicator of resource exhaustion on the sending device. A pattern of overflow packets appearing on multiple concurrent calls at once would suggest the endpoint or gateway was overloaded rather than one call being uniquely problematic.
