Number of out-of-order packets measured in transmit direction of the video call session.

What is cVideoCallHistoryTxOutOfOrderPackets?

This read-only AbsoluteCounter32, measured in packets and noted as superseded by cVideoCommonStatsHistoryTxTotalOutOfOrderPackets, counts out-of-order packets in the transmit direction of a completed video call. An admin checks this to see whether the sending side itself introduced packet reordering, as opposed to reordering happening later in the network. A nonzero transmit-side out-of-order count recorded here, distinct from the network-measured version, would point suspicion at the sending endpoint's own packetization.
