What is cVideoCallActiveTxOverflowPackets?
This read-only AbsoluteCounter32, measured in packets, counts overflow packets in the transmit direction of a currently active video call. An admin treats a rising live count here as a sign the transmit buffer of an ongoing call is currently unable to keep up with the video stream. Several active calls simultaneously showing overflow packets would suggest the sending device is currently overloaded rather than one call being uniquely affected.
