What is cVideoCallActiveTxMacroblocksConcealed?

This read-only AbsoluteCounter32, measured in macroblocks (16x16 pixels each), counts macroblocks concealed in the transmit direction of a currently active video call. An admin watches this counter climb in real time as a sign the transmitted picture is currently being patched over with concealment rather than accurately encoded. A rapidly rising concealed-macroblock count on a call still in progress would let the admin flag visible transmit-side artifacts while the call is still happening.
