What is cuspSmartAgentState?

This object reports the current state of the Cisco Smart Licensing Agent managing CUSP's entitlements, such as unconfigured, evaluation-expired, or registered. An admin should specifically watch for the unconfigured or evalexpired states, since per the description calls will be rejected in those conditions, meaning a licensing lapse directly translates into a service outage for SIP call routing. If cuspSmartAgentState shows evalexpired, the admin knows the evaluation period ran out and must complete proper Smart License registration before calls will be allowed through again.
