What is cuspMaxCPSOneMin?
This object reports the highest calls-per-second rate observed on the CUSP system at any point during the last one minute. An admin uses this peak figure to catch brief traffic bursts that the averaged cuspAvgCPSOneMin might smooth over but that could still have brushed up against the license limit. If cuspMaxCPSOneMin came close to cuspLicenseLimit even though cuspAvgCPSOneMin looked comfortable, the admin would recognize the system experienced a brief spike that risked call rejections.
