Description: This object gives the time stamp in date and time when the call counter was last reset. All counters related to calls, CPS and messages would be reset when counter is reset.
What is cuspLastCounterResetTime?
This object records the date and time the CUSP call counters were last reset, which the description notes also resets all counters related to calls, CPS, and messages together. An admin interpreting cumulative counters like cuspTotalCalls or cuspTotalFailedCalls needs this timestamp to know the actual measurement window those totals represent, since they only accumulate since this last reset. If cuspLastCounterResetTime shows a reset happened an hour ago and cuspTotalFailedCalls is already high, the admin knows that failure count reflects a concerning rate within just that hour, not a full day.
