Description: This variable controls the generation of cuspConnectionExceptionAlert.
What is cuspConnectionExceptionAlertEnable?
This read-write TruthValue enables or disables generation of the cuspConnectionExceptionAlert notification. It notifies an admin whenever the proxy hits an unexpected connection error, helping distinguish transient network blips from a persistent SIP trunk problem. A sudden burst of connection-exception alerts pointed at one SIP trunk provider would tell the team to check that carrier's link before customers complain.
